Parking:
The French Quarter Guest Houses offers parking at our gated lot located behind the Lamothe House hotel. Parking is available on a first-come, first-serve basis at the nightly rate of $20.00.
For the Inn on St. Peter and Inn on St. Ann we offer a complimentary pedi-cab ride from lot to hotel at check-in and hotel to lot at check-out. If you plan on parking with us, please check in with the front desk of the hotel you reserved so we can issue a remote and parking pass prior to parking your vehicle.

From I-10 West, I-10 East, and the Louis Armstrong International Airport:
- Take Exit 235A to merge onto Basin St./Orleans Ave. toward Vieux Carre
- Take a left at Conti St. Proceed two blocks and take a left onto Burgundy St.
- Proceed three blocks and take a left onto St. Peter St.
- Hotel is on right at the corner of Burgundy and St. Peter
To Inn on St. Ann
From I-10 West, I-10 East, and the Louis Armstrong International Airport:
- Take Exit 235A to merge onto Basin St./Orleans Ave. toward Vieux Carre
- Take a left at Conti St.
- Proceed one block and take a left onto Rampart St.
- Proceed five blocks and take a right onto St. Ann St.
- Check-in located at Inn on St. Ann on left hand side of street
To Inn on Ursulines
From I-10 West, I-10 East, and the Louis Armstrong International Airport:
- Take Exit 235A to merge onto Basin St./Orleans Ave. toward Vieux Carre
- Take a left at Conti St.
- Proceed one block and take a left onto Rampart St.
- Proceed nine blocks and take a right onto Gov. Nicholls St.
- Proceed four blocks and take a right onto Royal St.
- Proceed one block and take a right onto Ursulines St.
- Hotel is second building on left
To Lamothe House
