Booking & Payment

• All reservations require a valid credit card and a one-night deposit at time of booking.  Unless otherwise stated for special events that require full prepayment.
• Advance Purchase Bookings require a credit card and Full Payment at the time of booking.

Cancellation Policy

• With the exception of Advance Purchase reservations, bookings may be cancelled up to 72 hours before arrival date.  Unless otherwise specified during special events.
• If a reservation is cancelled within 72 hours of check in, one night’s deposit will not be refunded.

Check In & Check Out

• Check-in: After 3:00 p.m. on the day of arrival.
• Check-out: By 11:00 a.m. on the day of departure.
• Late Check-out: Available upon request for 50% of the retail rate of the departure date. Please contact the Front Desk during your stay to arrange this.

Weekday Discounts

Terms & Conditions:
This offer is only valid for reservations made for weekday stays and is not applicable to weekend stays. This offer cannot be combined with any other promotion, discount, or offer and is only valid when booked directly on the French Quarter Guesthouses website. This offer may be subject to blackout dates and other restrictions may apply. Rates for this offer are subject to applicable taxes and fees at the time of booking.
