This was my second time staying here and it was even better than the first. The beds are comfortable. The balcony views are great. You don’t have to worry about having hot water in the shower or bath. The location is great for walking anywhere in the French Quarter, Marigny Triangle, Treme, and even downtown.

Historical Inn with old school charm. My son and I loved it. In the midst of all the popular venues and attractions. Walking distance.

I landed at the Inn on Ursulines after a stay booked at an AirBnB went sideways, and it was in almost every aspect a fantastic experience. My room was clean and comfortable and had a lovely character. I stayed right at the end of March and checked out just prior to the start of Mardi Gras weekend. I had booked last minute and so I had a delay in checking in when I arrived to find the front office closed. A quick call to the number listed connected me with Gary, who is very kind and accommodating (and who I was grateful to have additional conversation with before my state was over). Gary explains that they were short-staffed and it would take a few minutes for him to walk from one of their other properties. As the location was safe and well lit, I had no problem taking a seat and enjoying the sounds of the French Quarter while I waited. Check-in was quick and I was excited to find that my room was just off the street — literally my doors and windows were inches from the sidewalk. Now I know what you’re thinking, that sounds like it could be loud with walking tours, roaming the streets at night and tourists walking after an evening of libations. In truth, I hired plenty of conversations pass by the front of my room, but they almost all ended before it got too late, and I had really fantastic sleep in my very comfy bed. If you are a very light sleeper, then I genuinely believe that the room I stayed in would not at all be for you, but I really enjoyed it as someone who doesn’t mind a little bit of City sounds to lull me to sleep. The room had plenty of other basic amenities and the bathroom was bright and spacious. I even enjoyed a bath a couple of nights in a row! The price was very fair, the location was excellent, and it even looked like there was a food delivery/room service option available that I did not take advantage of. If I could give this place any critique, it would be that I would have loved to have had a little mini fridge to store leftovers and save a few bucks on food. Otherwise my stay was perfect!

Loved this inn!! Was here for the Eras tour. Super clean and cute. Loved how close it was to Bourbon street and everything in the French quarter was walking distance. Parking is $40 a night but worth because it’s in a gated parking lot (so I loved the peace of mind my car was safe). Plan to use this inn again in the future!

A block and a half from Bourbon Street, and a mile to Canal Street, the location is nearby without being in the middle of everything. With the partying still raging on Bourbon Street, you can return to the quiet of your hotel room.

Historical mansion turned hotel with old feel appeal! Friendly and knowledgeable staff. Great location straddling the east end of the French Quarter and the Marigny. Will stay there again!
